Package includes up to 3 days of labor. Additional labor billed at daily rate. NOTE – if ground is not level, equipment rate is $85/hour plus supplies to bring pad to level grade. Does not include grading or seeding around finished patio, but may be purchased.
Patio size included is 12 feet by 12 feet. Additional pavers may be purchased to make the patio larger.
Fire pit does not include the metal insert , but is available for purchase.
